1. Olympiapark Ice Rink

Located in the heart of the city, the Olympiapark Ice Rink offers a spectacular indoor skating experience against the backdrop of the iconic Olympic Stadium. It’s spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities like skate rentals and snack stands.

Last winter we saw kids also skating with skating aids similar to these. So remember to ask the staff for those if your kids need them!

2. Eis- und Funsportzentrum West

The West Ice and Fun Sports Center offers ice skating fun for young and old right next to the Westbad. They also offer free entry for all kids till the age of 6.

3. Ice Skating at Werksviertel-Mitte

Werksviertel-Mitte also offers curling for families so you could enjoy both winter activities in one day! are looking for sporting fun on real ice in Munich, Knödelplatz can be found in the immediate vicinity of the Ostbahnhof.

5. Eisbahn am Nymphenburger Schloss

For an ice skating experience with a beautiful view truly enchanting experience, head to the Nymphenburger Schloss (Nymphenburg Palace) ice rink. The rink is typically open from late November through early March, weather permitting.
