Looking for a fun, outdoorsy, and super tasty way to spend an afternoon with your kids or friends this summer? Let me introduce you to one of our favorite places in Munich – the BeerenCafé in Feldmoching. From strawberries to veggies, and a super cute on-site café with a toddler play area, this spot truly has it all.
👩🌾 What We Picked
This time around we filled our baskets with strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, cucumbers, and tomatoes – and let me just say, the strawberries and blackberries were especially delicious! So definitely don’t miss out on them!

☕ After Picking: Coffee, Cake & Playtime
After we filled our baskets (and our toddler’s fingers were fully stained with strawberries 😅), we headed straight to the café!
They’ve got berry waffles, homemade cakes, cold drinks – all the essentials for a little picnic. There’s plenty of seating and just so much for the kids to enjoy!
Our toddler made a beeline for the play area and basically didn’t stop moving. Swings, hay bales to climb, little ride-on toys, space to run around, water play area – you can easily spend an entire afternoon here.
It’s just one of those spots where you can enjoy your coffee while the kids stay busy. Super relaxed, super easy.
