Bowling as a family in Munich: Dream Bowl Palace
If you’re looking for a fun indoor activity that’s a hit with both kids and adults – bowling might just be your next go-to as a family! And today I’m here to tell you about where to enjoy bowling with kids in Munich.
Munich actually has quite a few bowling alleys (we’ve got a post on that here 😉), but one of our favorites so far has to be Dream Bowl Palace in Unterföhring. It’s bright, family-friendly, and packed with things to do, making it perfect for weekends, birthdays, or just when you need something active indoors.
What to Expect
Dream Bowl Palace isn’t your average bowling alley – it’s huge! With 52 bowling lanes, 11 pool tables, and even a moonlit mini golf course, there’s more than enough fun to go around. So there’s really a lot to choose from
The best part? You can order food and drinks directly to your lane while you play. Their restaurant has a mix of easy bites, drinks, and desserts and honestly, bowling while eating fries or sipping a cold drink just hits differently 😄
We’ve been bowling here a few times now with our almost 3-year-old, and she loves it! The staff can close the lane bumpers, so the ball doesn’t go into the gutter, perfect for young bowlers who are just learning.!
💡 Tip: Weekends can get busy, so it’s best to reserve a lane online in advance – especially if you’re coming with a group.
